Herbal Advising
Holistic medicine is a broad range of medical practices that are based on many years of tradition. As a Certified Herbalist, I will advise a method to help heal you mentally, physically and emotionally. This in turn will help to correct your internal dialogue, balancing your hormones and overall health.
Initial Consultation
Initial Consultation is a work up of your personal health information, health questionnaire, research session and a protocol designed specifically for your needs with a daily planner. As a Certified Alternative Health Coach, my goal is to supply you with life changing information and a protocol for optimal health and healing.
Individualized Nutritional Guidance
As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I work with my clients to find a balanced and beneficial eating plan specifically for them. I love showing people that we don't have to do without or starve. It's as easy as just substituting with something healthy. I have a unique outlook on nutrition and look forward to sharing it with you. It's about going back to basics and correcting the internal dialogue of the body through the right kind of nutritious food.
