A labor of "LOVE"

So I'm proud to announce . . . it's finally here . . . my "Labor of Love"
I've been working with my publisher for almost a year on a new book called . . .
"The Compliant Cookbook"
It contains everything we've been talking about . . . like "pattern eating" and "anti-inflammatory" foods.
And in this 140 page cookbook . . . I'm giving you a "whole month's worth" of "compliant" breakfasts, smoothies, lunches, dinners, snacks, desserts, dressings, dips, pesto and sauces . . . with nutritional values like proteins, fatty acids, compliant carbs, compliant "complex" carbs, full-color photos and . . . calories counts.
So why did I decide to write a cookbook this time???
Well . . . because we "all" need a little help figuring out a healthy meal plan.
Even ME . . .
When I'm not working on new recipes . . . I'm thumbing through this cookbook . . .
Why you ask???
Well . . . because it's easy and I don't have to worry about what I'm eating . . . I know it's all "COMPLIANT"!
