"Antihistamine Smoothie Recipes"



So today I'll give you two of my favorite "antihistamine smoothie recipes"


And here we go . . .


Green Apple Ginger Smoothie


Ingredients: 1 serving size


1 - green apple (peeled) cut up

1/2 cup - organic unsweetened coconut milk

1/2 cup - organic arugula or kale (ribs removed)

1/2 tablespoon - fresh ginger root (grated)

Optional - a few drops of Yacon syrup for natural sweetener


Instructions:


Place all ingredients into a food processer and process until smooth

If you need it a little sweeter . . . add the yacon syrup

And enjoy


Or how about a "Blueberry Basil Smoothie"???


Ingredients: 1 serving size


1 cup - frozen organic blueberries

1/2 cup - water

2 or 3 - fresh basil leaves

1 tablespoon - organic unsweetened coconut milk

1 tablespoon - organic almond butter


Instructions:


Place all ingredients in a food processer and process until smooth

And enjoy
