Are we being "mislead" by the products that we use?

So the question for today is this . . . Are we really being told the "truth" about what's in the products that we consume? I think NOT!!!!

Okay . . . I need you all to listen up . . . this is one of the most important things I will ever tell you . . . and yes . . . I'm going to get on my soapbox on this one!

So today we're going to talk about the processed food and supplements we put into our body. And obviously I can't mention any names. . . but most of the products we consume today, whether it be vitamins, minerals, probiotics, amino acids, enzymes, meal replacements like protein shakes, energy drink, over the counter drugs, prescription drugs, processed foods, snacks or drinks . . . have elements that are detrimental to our health. Yes . . . even the ones that say "all natural", "organic" or "pure".

You see . . . we as consumers are taught to "trust" what the label says. If it says "all natural", we believe it. If it says, "organic", we buy it, and if it says "pure" then that must be true and we trust it.

But is that really the "TRUTH"?

Okay . . . so the part that we're missing as consumers is this . . .

When a product says in the "Supplement Facts" or "Nutritional Facts" it contains all good elements, the one we're looking for . . . that part 99% of the time is the "truth".

BUT . . . the part that says "Other Ingredients" on that same label is the part that can kill us!

And unfortunately, the regulators of our products do not have to make sure they're looking out for our best interest.

The first "RED" flag we need to look for is this . . . as we spoke in previous Health Tips . . . if it contains "CANOLA" oil, throw it out. It's GMO and has small amounts of trans fatty acids among other detrimental elements.

Second "RED" flag . . . products that say . . . no sugar added or low sugar content for "no blood glucose (sugar) spikes" . . . they"re saying this due to what the label says on the "Supplement" or "Nutritional Facts&quo
