"ASTHMA" and "OMEGA-3 FATS!

So the question for today is this . . . How can we help adults and children with "ASTHMA"???
Well . . . in conventional medicine . . . most "asthma plans" include monitoring the illness, avoiding triggers and using medication to help control it . . .
But . . . new studies in the alternative world of medicine . . . over the past few years have shown that there's "DEFINITELY" a "connection" between "Omega-3 fatty acid" . . . its EPA and DHA . . . and "asthma".
And "increasing" an "Omega-3 index" . . . has been associated with "better" asthma "CONTROL"!
You see . . . The Lung Health Institute . . . has shown that "Omega-3 fatty acids" . . . can actually "IMPROVE" lung function . . . and it plays a major role in "reducing" the body's state of "stress" and vulnerability to illness.
I even read an article from the Johns Hopkins Medicine research team that said . . .
"Omega-3 fatty acids" are tied to "fewer" childhood "asthma" symptoms.
And The National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute said . . .
Consuming a higher level of "Omega-3 Index" . . . has had a profound impact on "asthma control" . . . and LESS "medication use"!
And this is due to "Omega-3 fats" . . . having an "anti-inflammatory" effect on the body and lungs.
The Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport had this to say . . .
"Omega-3 fats" can "boost" lung function . . . and "reduce" the risk of "exercise-induced asthma.
