So yesterday we spoke of how "lectins" can sabotage our weight loss efforts.
Well . . . today we're going to talk about how "bad" bacteria affects our health and weight.
Now . . . we've spoken about the fact that we have "good" and "bad" bacteria in our digestive tract (the gut). And that we need just the right ratio for optimal weight and health.
We also know that our "good" bacteria regulates our immune system, breaks down carbohydrates, sugar and toxins. It absorbs fatty acids for cell growth. It produces vitamin K for bone and wound health and it keeps "bad" bacteria at bay.
Now . . . even though "bad" bacteria can be the root cause to weight and devastating health issues . . . we actually need some "bad" bacteria in the large intestine to help break down the non-usable food materials presented to the large intestine to help make it into poop. It also kills some pathogens and parasites from the food we eat.
BUT . . . when this "bad" bacteria outweighs the "good" . . . it can cause anything from a pimple to pneumonia. And it's been linked to pancreatic and colorectal cancer.
And once this "bad" bacteria makes its way out of the large intestine and gets past the "gatekeeper" in the small intestine . . . it allow "lectins" to rip big holes in the small intestinal wall lining, now also allowing the "bad" bacteria to enter the bloodstream.
At this time . . . it now travels to our sex organs causing low sex drive, pancreas, liver, stomach, heart, lungs, esophagus, mouth, sinuses, nervous system and brain.
And when this happens . . . it also spreads to the "circulatory" system and restricts important immune responses such as the production of T-lymphocytes (T-cells) which are the main "search and destroy" cells of the immune system.
And this people . . . is how we become diseased.
So how else does this overgrowth affect our ability to lose weight???
Well . . . it messes with our hormonal balance, can cause IBS, constipation, diarrhea, Crohn's, gas, bloating, high or low blood sugar and FOOD CRAVINGS.
And as "lectins" like to "bind" with "sugar" to hitch a ride through the digestive tract . . .
"Bad" bacteria loves to EAT sugar . . . in fact . . . SUGAR is "bad" bacteria's main food source.
So every time you eat something with sugar . . . you're actually feeding these "bad" guys and making them stronger and stronger.
Okay . . . so one of the main reasons you crave sweets . . . is because the "bad" bacteria is hungry for its favorite food and just put in its order for dinner by telling you to eat something sweet.
So between "lectins" messing up the chemicals in our brain and making us an addict to food and the overgrowth of "bad" bacteria craving for its favorite meal . . . SUGAR!
We don't have a chance of being successful with our dieting. And "this" is why dieting doesn't work, it's an 80 billion dollar industry and 78 million adults and 12 million children are still obese today.
Diets . . . any diet . . . just doesn't give you this important information because if they did . . . they'd be out of business.
So, I can't say this enough . . . if you want to lose a healthy weight loss and keep it off . . .
You must correct the problem that's causing you to be overweight in the first place.
And we do that by "correcting the body's internal dialogue"!
And if all I've told you isn't bad enough . . . add to that . . . when we have an overgrowth of "bad" bacteria . . . it allows a specific bacteria to fester in the stomach which causes even more problems.
