"Boosting Immunity"



Okay . . . so fall is here and cold and flu season is right around the corner.


So how do we "prevent" it from taking over our body and health???


Well . . . what we "eat" and "drink" has a lot to do with how we'll make it through the fall and winter months.


So let's come up with a plan . . .


First question . . .


What foods and drink can help this mission of making it through the holidays "WITHOUT" getting sick???


Well . . . eating organic fruits and vegetable is a great way to start . . .


You see . . . "citrus fruits" are high in "vitamin C" which is a nutrient known to help give our "immune system" a boost.


And this is done by "encouraging" the immune system to produce more "white blood cells" that are necessary for fighting off bacterial and viral infections.


"Pineapple" is another excellent fruit to add to the diet . . . why?


Well . . . "pineapples" are also rich in "vitamin C" . . . but they also contain vitamin A, B6, E, K and calcium . . . which are important for immune system health.


And guess what else is high in "vitamin C"???
