I know . . . they're quick and easy . . . and we're told they're "HEALTHY"


But the question is . . . ARE THEY REALLY???

Now . . . it's made with whole grain oats, which is a good thing . . . because these oats are a rich source of fiber and can help fuel the body.


BUT . . . this bar also contains ENRICHED flours like wheat (remember we spoke of "enriched" a few day back and this means processed and it provides "empty calories" that make us even "more" hungry)
