"Breakfast Bars" - "good" or "bad"?

So yesterday we spoke about the #1 "breakfast bar" sold on the market today.
And #2-4 being . . . Cinnamon Brown Sugar Breakfast Biscuits, Nutri Grain Bar, Apple Cinnamon, and Blueberry Cereal Bars Nutri-Grain.
With all of them being about the same, containing "enriched flours" which are "empty calories" that get stored in our FAT CELLS.
And sugar in the form of malt dextrose, dextrose, invert sugar, "concentrate", fructose, galactose and sucrose (the list goes on and on).
Which feeds our "bad" bacteria in the body to grow fast and out of control causing "inflammation" and all of our aches and pain, weight issues and disease.
And if that's not bad enough . . . many of our favorite "breakfast bars" contain . . . Cassia cinnamon, which contains a known carcinogen called "coumarin"
So the moral to this story is this . . . maybe "breakfast bars" are not the way to go for a nutritious healthy breakfast.
All these bars are low in "protein" and "fiber" and basically . . . just get stored in our FAT CELLS.
All while feeding the "bad" bacteria in the body.
Plus . . . due to being "empty calories" . . . they don't satisfy us and at that time the body thinks it's still starving and gets the hunger hormone "Ghrelin" revved up . . .
And now we eat poor food choices all day long.
Okay . . . so what about "breakfast drinks" . . . are they any better???
