"Caloric Surplus" - do you have this problem?
THIS IS A MUST READ PEOPLE!
So yesterday . . . we spoke about how many calories the body needs to maintain optimal health and weight
And I gave you an example of a calorie "RATIO" . . .
Meaning . . . what you put "into" the body . . . should equal . . . what the body "expends" out each day
This in turn . . . makes for a healthy weight . . .
BUT . . . if the "calories IN" . . . are more than the "calories OUT" . . .
This NOW . . . becomes a "CALORIC SURPLUS"
And that my friends . . . is what gaining weight is all about!
Now, add to that . . . all those "EMTPY CALORIE" and "NUTRITIONALLY VOID" foods we spoke of in previous Health tips . . .
And we're in "BIGGGGGG" trouble!!!!!
Okay people . . . so it's time to be "EMPOWERED" with "KNOWLEDGE"!
