So the question for today is this . . .
If "bones" grows from "embryo" to "adulthood" . . . and a "bone" can "heal" itself when "broken" . . .
Is it "possible" to "reverse" . . . "low bone density" and therefore . . . "osteoporosis"???
Well . . . conventional medicine and its science . . . says "NO" . . . but there are medications that can help to "IMPROVE" bone loss.
Me personally . . . I wouldn't want to go that route . . .
So let's figure out if there's another "natural" way . . .
Okay . . . so the U.S. National Library of Medicine says . . .
"A diet rich in fruit and vegetable intake "is" thought to enhance "bone" health as a result of its greater potassium and lower "acidic" content"
Okay . . . so just a question here . . .
In all the research that I do . . . no matter what the topic . . .
Conventional medicine and its science "ALWAYS" says there's "NO CURE", but just take some of our medicine and it will help . . .
BUT . . . the "actual" research from our own government . . . the U.S. National Library of Medicine . . . normally says that not true . . . and gives us the "REAL" answers.
Case in point . . . the information above . . . what kind of "garbage" is the "media" feeding us???
Okay, so moving on . . . "reducing" the "acidity" in the body . . . and presenting it with more "alkaline" foods . . . CAN help to "reverse" . . . low bone density!
Now . . . I'm not saying this is a "cure" . . . but it's a step in the right direction
And an easy way to accomplish that mission . . . would be to consume . . . "alkaline water" . . .
You see . . . "alkaline water" can help to "replenish" what the body is losing through the "acidic" foods we eat.
And this is due to it containing beneficial minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium.
Which all work together to maintain "proper" bone health.
Simply put . . . excess "acidity" . . . leads to an "increase" in bone "loss" . . .
So it only makes sense . . . that the opposite . . . "alkalizing" the body would "decrease" bone "loss"
And 4 main point to this mission would be . . .
Eat foods that "support" bone health
Get enough calcium, vitamin D and lean protein
Get active and choose weight-bearing exercises
Stop smoking and STOP drinking alcohol
So can we "rebuild" bone density "naturally"???
Well . . . throughout childhood, adolescence and early adulthood . . . our bones absorb nutrients and minerals . . . all to gain strength . . .
It's only when we age and go through a change in life or lifestyle . . . that bone starts to breakdown.
But . . . we can "increase" our "bone density" through strength training, dietary choices, weight management and different lifestyle choices.
So tomorrow, let's talk about how to "detox" the body from "acidic" "GMO" foods.
