Okay . . . so another one of my favorites for losing weight is Cinnamon . . .
This bitter-sweet little spice is known for helping the metabolism by reducing the effects of eating high-fat foods, regulating blood sugar levels, lowering blood pressure and cholesterol, improving digestion and improving insulin function.
And if you've been reading this Health tip series about weight loss . . . then you know "visceral" fat is the most "dangerous" fat in the body (remember . . . the fat we can't see in our organs) . . . and "cinnamon" has the ability to fight "visceral" fat.
"Cinnamon" also causes the blood flow to pump and release "serotonin" which can improve mood.
So adding this sweet little taste of "cinnamon" to your meals everyday . . . can help lose the pound.

Here's how to make cinnamon and honey tea for weight loss . . .
Boil a cup of water in a tea kettle, then pour in a cup
Add 1/2 teaspoon of "cinnamon" powder to the water and let it cool
Now, add a teaspoon of the "Manuka" honey we spoke of the other day to the "cinnamon" water and stir
And enjoy! :)
