"Cleaning" the "Lymphatic System"

So today, we'll talk about "cleaning" the "lymphatic system" and its "lymph nodes" . . .
And one of the best ways to do that . . . is walking or jumping on a "mini-trampoline" . . . everyday . . . "ideally" at least 3 times a day.
Okay . . . now don't panic . . . I'm not talking about spending the day on the trampoline . . . I'm talking about "6 minutes" a day.
You see . . . the "lymphatic system" only takes "2 minutes" to complete a full cycle of flushing.
So what does that mean???
Well . . . from the time "lymph" starts at the fingers and toe . . . until it makes its journey to the heart . . . and then back "down" to the fingers and toes . . . this process only takes just "2 minutes" . . .
But . . . if we don't have proper "G-force" to make this "lymph" flow back down hill to complete its mission . . . this "complete cycle" doesn't happen.
This "lymph" now becomes "clogged" in the "lymphatic system" vessels . . . or even "stagnant", not moving at all . . . and now the body is in trouble.
So "2 minutes" on a mini-trampoline in the mornings . . . "2 minutes" around noon or if you work . . . then when you get home . . . and then again . . . "2 minutes" before bed.
That sounds doable . . . doesn't it???
I'm sure we can "ALL" find "6 minutes" of our time to better our health.
Okay . . . now I'm sure some of you are thinking . . . I walk, jog or even work on the treadmill at the gym several times a week . . . or maybe you're thinking I do movement exercises in stretching, yoga or Pilates . . . why can't that count???
Well . . . that does count for an excellent "cardiovascular" action and/or even getting "lymph" moving . . .
But . . . every time the foot hits the pavement or floor . . . or stops a movement to a holding position . . . it stops the complete cycle of "lymph" from completing "its" mission.
We must use "G-force" to obtain a complete cycle. And unless you're upside down in a stretch, yoga, Pilates or on an invert table . . . you're most likely not completing that cycle.
And with "rebounding" on a mini-trampoline . . . that motion . . . never stops.
Therefore . . . the cycle is completed.
And tomorrow, we'll talk about other ways to "clean" the "lymphatic system".
