"Cleansing" the "Gallbladder"

Today let's figure out how to keep our "gallbladder" clean, healthy and gallstone-free.
Okay . . . so adding compliant "probiotics" . . . meaning "good" bacteria to the body . . . can reduce the "bad" bacterial infection in the "gallbladder" that can cause many malfunctioning issues.
And eating or drinking a combination of olive oil, herbs and certain fruits can help to cleanse the "gallbladder" and YES . . . even help to eliminate "gallstones"
You see . . . specific cleanses have the ability to break up "gallstones" and "stimulate" the gallbladder to release them in stool.
So what foods cleanse the gallbladder?
Well . . . that would be . . . "fiber" foods . . . because they get the digestive system moving and "flushing" bile out of the "gallbladder" correctly. Also . . . "sucking" on lemons is a simplified version of the traditional European folk remedy that combines "lemon" juice with olive oil to make a gallbladder "flush" . . . which can also help to remove "gallstones".
But . . . before using this or any method to cleanse . . . "please" consult your own healthcare provider
Now . . . "ginger" is another great way to cleanse . . .
You see . . . "ginger" converts "cholesterol" (which is involved with gallstones) . . . into "bile acids" that can "reduce" the formation of "gallstones".
And what about "apples"???
Well . . . the "pectin" in apples, strawberries and citrus . . . can also help to cleanse the "gallbladder".
"Radishes" are another little wonder because they also "increase" bile "flow".
