"Constipation Smoothie"


So today . . . since we've been talking about "pooping" correctly . . .


I thought I'd give you one of my "constipation smoothies"


And here we go . . .


Ingredients: 1 serving

1 cup of organic unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup of fresh pears - skinned, deseeded and core removed

1/2 cup of organic baby spinach

1 tablespoon of "unrefined" organic cold pressed coconut oil

1 tablespoon of hemp seeds


Instructions:

In a blender . . . add all ingredients.

Mix well

Serve and enjoy


So why does this work so well???


Well . . . a true "almond milk" - is high in fiber content. Now this is one that is organic and unsweetened with the least amount of ingredients.


"Blueberries" - are also full of fiber and can prevent and maintain regularity for a healthful digestive tract


"Pears" - are a sweet fruit packed with vitamins and antioxidants that also contains high fiber
