Miracle Meadows has the answer!

Today's Health Awareness Blog is entitled. "Do You Have LEAKY GUT?" Did you know that 8 out of every 10 people have Leaky Gut and most people don't even know it!

Do you have? Acne, ADD/ADHD, an Autoimmune condition, Arthritis, Asthma, Autism, Cancer, Candida overgrowth, Celiac disease, Chronic fatigue syndrome, Chronic pain, Colitis, Crohn's disease, Depression, Diabetes, Digestive issues (gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation), Fibromyalgia, Food allergies/intolerances, Heart disease, Irritable Bowel syndrome, Lupus, PMS or Respiratory allergies just to mention a few?

If you answered "YES" to any of these conditions, then leaky gut is most likely the cause. So you ask . . . what exactly is this leaky gut? Well, Leaky gut, also known as "increased intestinal permeability," is a digestive condition in which the wall lining of the small intestine becomes damaged allowing undigested food particles, bacteria and toxic waste to "leak" through the small intestinal wall into the bloodstream causing chronic inflammation throughout the body. And Chronic inflammation is what causes weight gain and disease.

So now you ask . . . how do you get this leaky gut? Well, for one . . . there are specific foods we eat every day that cause this "increased intestinal permeability" that creates havoc to our body. There's also an element that most of us deal with everyday. And that would be "STRESS." You see, when we have stress in our lives . . . this makes our stress hormone "Cortisol" increase production. When this happens it decreases vital amino acids that keep our small intestine healthy. This in turn, allows these specific foods to damaged the intestinal wall lining and now we're in trouble because the process of weight gain and illness have now begun.

The good news is . . . to fix this problem of "leaky gut" all we have to do is . . . replace the vital amino acids that the body is lacking, eliminate the damaging food choices for a short period of time, so the small intestine can heal, and the body will now have the ability to heal itself from any ailment (the list above and more) naturally. As the body was designed to do.
