"Dopamine" and "Addiction"


Okay . . . so yesterday we discovered that "dieting" may NOT be hard because we're doing the wrong one or we have no willpower . . .


It's "HARD" because our" brain" and its "chemicals" are working "AGAINST" us.


So the next question we need to ask is this . . .


How do the chemicals "endorphin" and "dopamine" become "unbalanced" in the first place???


Well . . . other than the reason we spoke of yesterday . . . meaning the consumption of sugary, salty, fatty foods . . .


There's another reason . . .


Now . . . we've all heard about "lectins" before . . . and I've done many Health tips over the years about them.


So why "lectins" you ask???


Well . . ."LECTINS" are called the "miscommunicators".


And one "function" of the body that these lectins especially mess up . . . are the chemicals of the brain.


And with this . . . we're not only "craving" sugary, salty and fatty foods . . .


We're now "CRAVING" more "LECTINS" like potatoes and even the grains in pastas, breads and pastries also.


And when we "eat" foods "high" in "lectins" . . . like with "sugar" . . . it causes "dopamine" levels to "SURGE" . . . putting the brain into overdrive and "CRAVING" even more food.


So now . . . our "OVEREATING" becomes "UNCONTROLLABLE"


And then add to "that" mix . . . the affect "lectins" have on our hormones.


And I'll say it again . . . we don't have a "CHANCE IN H____ . . . of losing weight.


Okay . . . so if you're not understanding about this "lectin" thing . . . a good example would be . . .


Due to lectins being a miscommunicator . . . they have the ability to increase hormones like the "cortisol" hormone . . . causing the body . . . fatigue, depression, insomnia and "CRAVINGS".


And if you remember from previous Health tips . . .


The hormone "cortisol" is also called the . . . "Belly Fat Producer"
