"Flushing" out "Water Weight"


So today . . . let's talk about another "IMPORTANT" factor to weight loss


And that would be . . . "WHEN" to drink water to "do" that "FLUSHING".


You see . . . drinking "water" is not only "good" for "weight loss" . . . it also benefits such elements as . . .


Skin clarity

Regulating blood pressure

Regulating body temperature

Boosting energy

Increasing kidney function

Improving joint health

Rehydrating the body

Improving concentration

And improving digestion


Whoohoo!


BUT . . . is there a "right time" to drink that water for weight loss and optimal health???


Well . . . the answer to that would be . . . "YES"


You see . . . drinking a glass of water . . . 30 minutes . . . before every meal . . . will keep you from "overeating".


And with this . . . it's an effective way to control "calorie intake",


It's also "VERY" important "NOT" to drink "ANYTHING" during a meal or right after a meal . . . any meal!


Why you ask???


Well . . . LISTEN UP PEOPLE . . . because this is IMPORTANT . . .


Drinking water or . . . "ANY" . . . liquid "WITH" a meal can cause "acidity" in the stomach . . .


You see . . . as water (or any liquid) dilutes the gastric juices released in the stomach . . . this process now "slows" down the process of digestion.


And with this . . . the "undigested" food in the stomach can cause . . . "acid reflux" and heartburn.


Okay . . . so next question . . . how long does it take to effectively "reduce" water weight "drinking" water in a "correct" manner???


Well . . . that would depend on how much "water" the body is retaining.


But . . . if you have "healthy dietary habits" . . . the body can return to a "normal" water weight in about 1 - 2 days.


And as an added benefit . . . drinking water in this "manner" . . . can even help "correct" our "brain chemicals" to stay in balance.


Remember . . . "endorphin" . . . signals the "brain" . . . we just had a "guilty pleasure" food.


And . . . "dopamine" . . . tells the "brain" to KEEP eating it.


Well . . . "drinking water" to stay "hydrated" and "flush out toxins" from the body . . . can also "stimulate" the flow of "nutrients" and "hormones" that release "endorphin" . . . and "dopamine" . . . therefore . . . help to "correct" an "imbalance" in the brain


So moral to this story . . . "DRINK MORE WATER PEOPLE" if you want the "chemicals" in the brain to function properly and "STOP FOOD CRAVINGS"
