"Foods" that "trigger" . . . "ASTHMA"

So today . . . let's talk about the most common foods that "trigger" asthma and other lung issues.

And they would be . . .

#1 - Eggs -

Now . . . when the body produces "antibodies" to the egg "protein" . . . these "antibodies" can cause symptoms such as "wheezing" and difficulty "breathing".

#2 - Cow's milk -

"Cow's milk" stimulates the production of "mucus" from milk "proteins" in the "respiratory tract" . . . which can result in an increase of restriction in airway passages . . . aggravating asthma.

#3 - Peanuts -

Again . . . the "protein" from peanuts . . . causes "antibodies" to produce histamine causing "inflammation" of the airways and subsequent bronchospasms.

#4 - Soy -

"Soy" can trigger "asthma" symptoms when the immune system overreacts to soy "protein" . . . which can cause hives, wheezing and difficulty breathing.

#5 - Wheat -

The immune system reacts poorly to the "protein" in wheat . . . including gluten.

#6 - Shellfish -

"Shrimp" for example . . . contains "sulfites" . . . which is a preservative put in fish and other foods . . . and with this . . . the immune system sends out "antibodies" . . . which increase our histamine . . . resulting in an allergic reaction like "asthma".

NOTE: Adding "Omega-3 fats" to the diet will help "LESSEN" the amount of antibodies the body makes . . . therefore . . . relieving the symptoms of "asthma".

#7 - Tree nuts -

Again . . . it's the "protein" in nuts like cashews, pistachio and pecans that cause the body to make too many "antibodies" and agitate airways causing "asthma" symptoms

Do you see a pattern here people???

Okay . . . so tomorrow . . . we'll talk about some of the foods that can damage our "lungs"
