Carrots - rich in vitamin A for eyes and skin, soluble fiber which is essential for the heart and digestive health

White Turnips - high levels of glucosinolates, sulfur - containing compound that may help protect against some forms of cancer and provide anti-fungal, antibacterial and anti-parasitic benefits.

Potatoes - are high in fiber, potassium, vitamin C and vitamin B6 content, coupled with its lack of cholesterol, all support heart health.
