"Glutathione"


Okay . . . so yesterday I told you that there "was" a way to "help" eliminate the toxins left behind from "acholol" (ethanol) . . . and "repair" some of its "damage" to the body.


I also told you . . . that this is done by the "mother of all antioxidants" . . .


Which is called . . . "Glutathione".


So, let's take today . . . and explore the possibilities . . .


Now . . . "Glutathione" . . . is a substance made from the "amino acids" called . . . glycine, cysteine and glutamic acid.


It's "produced" by the "LIVER" . . . and involved in many body processes like . . . tissue building and repair . . . making chemicals and proteins needed for the brain and body . . . and in "immune system function".


But "IF" . . . we're "deficient" in this almighty "antioxidant" . . . we would see symptoms like . . .


Anemia

Fatigue

Pallor

Irregular heartbeat

Lightheadedness

Shortness of breath.


And how would we become "DEFICIENT" you ask???


Well . . . for one . . . the "consumption" of "alcohol" . . .


You see . . . "alcohol" (ethanol) . . . "DEPLETES" the "natural" resources of "Glutathione" in the body . . . which in turn . . . will "inhibit" the "detoxification" process of "TOXINS".


Okay . . . so if you think this "devastation" ONLY happens to people that "drink a lot" . . . or are "alcoholics" . . . you would be so very "WRONG"!!!

Okay . . . so what exactly does this "mother of all antioxidants" really do for the body???


Well . . . it can . .


Protect the body from disease

Slow cancer progression

Improve insulin sensitivity

Treat autism

Increase fat metabolism

Prevent cancer

Helps with anti-aging

Reduces oxidative stress in the liver

Decreases inflammation

Detoxifies the body and liver

Well, they would be . . .

Avocado

Asparagus

Okra

Turmeric

Almonds

Broccoli

Watermelon

Grapefruit

Oranges

Strawberries

Doing it in a "liquid" form is best.
