So this weekend I made a birthday cake for one of my grandchildren.
You see . . . my son and their family have a herd of Devon oxen that my grandson just loves to death . . . so I make him a birthday cake of one of his favorite "oxen" . . . no pressure there people . . .
But . . . for my first "ox" cake . . . it turned out pretty good . . . and HE LOVED IT . . .
And to be honest . . . that's all that really mattered . . . putting a smile on that face . . . just warmed my heart!
