Happy Thanksgiving to All!

Okay . . . so we all know the story behind "Thanksgiving" . . . of how in 1621 . . . the Plymouth colonists and the Wampanoag shared an autumn harvest feast that is known today as one of the first Thanksgiving celebrations in the colonies.

But what does this precious day of "Thanks" mean to you???

We've all been through a lot this past year . . . pandemic, loss of jobs, illness and loss of loved ones.

So why should we give thanks???

Well . . . being "thankful" helps you bond with others . . . that gratitude leads to better relationships.

And believe it or not . . . it actually increases production of "oxytocin" . . . better known as the "bonding hormone" because it fosters calm and security in relationships.

You see . . . "gratitude" is strongly and consistently associated with "HAPPINESS".

This emotion and act of being "thankful" helps the body feel more "positive" . . . therefore, improves the body's health and your surrounding.

So be "grateful" and "thankful" that you woke this morning, that you have clothes on your back, food in your stomach and people that surround you and love you.

This is your moment to shine people. . .

There's nothing in this world or your life . . . that we can't pull positive out of . . . to give "THANKS" for.

So Happy Thanksgiving to you and your.

I am truly "thankful" for YOU in my life.

I'll be taking off a few day to be with my family and give thanks.

So stay safe . . . be happy and spread the LOVE!

This is your moment to give thanks and make someone someone's day.

I'll be back on Monday, the 29th with more information on how to stay in control through the holidays.

As always, feel free to DM or contact me at: miraclemeadows.net/contact/
