"Heavy Metals" . . . are they an "issue"?

So what exactly are "heavy metals" . . . and how can they affect us???
Well . . . this all goes hand in hand with everything we've been talking about.
You see . . . the term "heavy metal" . . . refers to any "metallic chemical" that has "high" density . . . and is "toxic" . . . in "low" concentration.
The same with "mold" . . . "high" density . . . that can be "toxic" . . . in "low" concentration.
Okay . . . so with that being said . . .
What are the 5 top "heavy metals" we need to be aware of???
Well . . . they would be . . .
Mercury
Lead
Chromium
Arsenic
And "CADMIUM" being the most dangerous
And what are the symptoms of these elements in the body???
Well . . . we would look for . . .
Fatigue
Headaches
Brain fog
Tingling and burning sensations
Achy joints and muscles
High blood pressure
Damage to the reproductive organs
Gastrointestinal issues
Depression
Anxiety
Confusion
Constipation
And with this . . . the body starts its "inflammation" process" to help eliminate the above . . . leaving us in a world of "hurt"!
So where does the body "store" these "heavy metals"???
Well . . . unfortunately . . . in our bones, liver, kidneys and BRAIN
And this is due to their "small molecule size".
So next question . . . how do "heavy metals" affect the "brain"???
Well . . . they can cause irritability, tremors, changes in vision or hearing and "memory" problems.
All leading to . . . neurological and behavioral issues.
Okay . . . so let's talk about some of the foods that are listed as having the "highest" concentration of "heavy metals" in them . . .
And they would be . . .
Fish . . . which can contain high levels of "mercury"
Brown rice . . . contains up to 80% more of "arsenic" than white rice
Dark chocolate . . . contains 7.6 micrograms of "CADMIUM" . . . remember this toxin is the most dangerous to the human body.
And Coffee . . . contains both "CADMIUM" AND "lead"
So we need to think twice about these vices people!
And what about "environmentally"???
Well . . . "heavy metals" can be found in places like . . .
Carpets and area rugs
Furniture
Mattresses
Aluminum pots and pans
Ceramic mugs, plates and bowls
Drinking water
And in our beauty and self-care products
Now . . . we "can" be tested by having a simple blood test known as a "heavy metal panel" or "heavy metal toxicity text".
And if "positive" . . . through proper "diet" . . . the body has "natural ways" of eliminating and/or reducing the toxic effects.
And the "elimination" process we spoke about yesterday would fit that bill.
This process for eliminating "heavy metals" takes about 45 days if you're "COMPLIANT".
