Helping to relieve "Hemorrhoid pain"

So yesterday we spoke of "hemorrhoids" and some ways to soothe them . . .

Well, today let's explore one more option.

And that would be . . . using "coconut oil"

Natural organic "unrefined" cold pressed coconut oil (it has to be unrefined) is an excellent antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral healer.

And incorporating coconut oil into the diet is excellent for healing and preventing hemorrhoids,

But . . . it is also excellent for using as a suppositories to reduce and relieve the pain of symptoms of hemorrhoids. Just take a small amount of coconut oil in its solid form and freeze it. When you have a need for some relieve . . . take it out of the freeze and (I'll try to say this delicately) push it up your rectum. The cold temperature will help to reduce the swelling, while the oil heals the problem.

Another use for coconut oil would be . . . mix some melted coconut oil and turmeric. We've spoken many times about how turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory. Well, just mix it together, use a cotton ball or tissue and apply it directly to external hemorrhoids.

Side note: just remember turmeric can stain the skin yellow

Hope this helps with a little relieve.

Tomorrow we talk about "polyps" in the colon.
