How amino acids like "Arginine" & "Lysine" effect "viruses"

Okay, so today let's talk about the amino acid called "Arginine" first.
Now, "arginine" is very important to optimal health because the body needs "this" amino acid to change into nitric oxide. And Nitric oxide is a powerful neurotransmitter that helps blood vessels relax, which improves circulation.
"Arginine" helps the body build protein and the body normally makes all the "arginine" it needs on its own.
But if this doesn't happen . . . we can also find "arginine" in the red meat, poultry, fish and dairy that we consume everyday.
So that's the "good side" of "arginine" . . . and it's used for treatment of heart and blood vessel conditions including congestive heart failure, chest pain, high blood pressure and coronary artery disease.
But . . . the "bad side" of "arginine is this . . .
"Arginine" is a "key" nutrient shown to be "essential" in the lifecycle of many DNA and RDA "VIRUS".
You see . . . "arginine" may be good for us . . . but it's also "essential" for the "REPLICATION" of viruses. It's necessary for the development of the cytopathogenic of humans.
Meaning . . . cytopathogenic is a structural change in a host (us) cell resulting from a viral infection.
Now . . . we "can't" live without the body making "arginine" . . .
So how do we make sure this amino acid is helping us and not the damaging replication of a virus.
Well . . . for one . . . controlling the intake of "arginine" foods.
But . . . a better way would be where the amino acid called "lysine" comes into play.
And tomorrow I'll tell you why.
