How do we "correct" the "chemicals" in the "brain"?

Okay . . . so a few days ago . . . we spoke about the 2 "chemicals" in the "brain that cause us "discomfort" when trying to "lose weight"
So how do we accomplish the mission of "correcting" their "imbalance"???
Well . . . let's first talk about the brain chemical called . . . "endorphin"
Remember from the other day . . . we discovered that "endorphin" signals to us . . . that we've had a "pleasurable experience".
And this in turn . . . "stimulates" us to "eat more" of that "guilty pleasurable" type of food.
Whereas . . . "dopamine" . . . "motivates" us to "PURSUE" more of that "guilty pleasure" food . . .
And with this . . . "dopamine" . . . consistently "PULLS" us back to that kind of food.
Which now . . . BECOMES A "HABIT" TO "OVEREAT" all those "GUILTY PLEASURE" foods.
But guess what???
It's not just with "FOOD" dopamine controls . . . it actually "controls" our . . . love, lust, adultery, motivation, attention and "ADDICTIONS" such as gambling, alcoholism, smoking, our sex life behavior . . . and even sexual orientation . . .
"Dopamine" is also responsible for . . . feelings of sadness, helplessness, worthlessness, feeling of emptiness, restlessness, insomnia or even sleeping TOO much
So I guess the next question we need to ask is this . . . can a chemical "imbalance" in the brain be "corrected"???
Well . . . the answer is . . . "YES"
WHOOHOO!!!!!!!
But . . . it would take a minimum of 3 - 6 months to accomplish that mission.
So tomorrow . . . let's talk about "how" to do that . . . and supplying the body with some "relief" from the "cravings" and "overeating".
