Okay . . . so picking up from last weeks discussion . . .
How do we get rid of "mycotoxins" in our body?
Well . . . drinking plenty of water is a "must" . . .
Add to that . . . a good exercise routine to keep the "glymphatic" system functioning properly . . .
With "glymphatic" being . . . the body's "macroscopic waste clearance system" . . . which promotes the elimination of "soluble proteins" and "metabolites" from the "central nervous system.
So what else can help???
Well . . . getting at least 6 -8 hours of uninterrupted sleep
But . . . the "biggest" part . . . is adding "BINDERS" into our diet.
You see . . . "binders" can be "natural" or "manmade" substances that "attach" or "bind" to "TOXINS" like "mycotoxins" and my "mold" . . . in the small intestine to get ready for elimination in the large intestine or better known as the "colon".
Now . . . normally . . . when regular "toxins" and/or "mold" enters the body . . . the "liver" should be able to "filter" these 'mycotoxins" out of the body via our urine or stool.
BUT . . . if there's an "overload" of toxins . . . or a "specific" dangerous toxin presented to the body . . . the body may not be able to eliminate it.
Hence ME . . . and my "mold" exposure and "biofilm" infection.
And this situation is when we need MORE "BINDERS" presented to the body to help this process.
Okay . . . so I'm sure many of you are now thinking . . . well, this information doesn't apply to me . . . because I haven't come in contact with "mold"
But . . . let me ask you this . . . have you eaten any of the food or beverages I listed the other day???
Well . . . let me remind you . . . if you've consumed any of the following . . .
CORN and corn products, peanuts, cottonseed, sorghum, WHEAT, barley, COFFEE, cocoa, pecans, pistachios, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, rice, cereal, dried fruit, some spices and . . . BEER AND WINE.
Then "YES" . . . you may have been exposed to "MYCOTOXINS".
And how do you know if we have a "mycotoxin" invasion???
Well . . . simply put . . . if you have "ANY" kind of "difficulty with digestion" . . . or . . . "ANY" "digestion issues" . . . then you have "mycotoxins" in your body.
Simple as that . . .
Now remember . . . "mycotoxins" are the "chemicals" produced by "fungi" which is "MOLD".
And all the foods I just listed above . . . have the ability to harbor "MOLD".
And why is this so important to know???
Well . . . these "mycotoxins" induce illness to the human body which can include significant neurological, cognitive or "HORMONAL" symptoms.
