How does drinking "water" help us "lose weight"?


So why is "water" so important to the body and "optimal health"???


Well . . . science says drinking "ample" amounts of water throughout the day can help with "weight loss" . . . suppressing the appetite . . . and boosting our metabolism . . .


And staying "hydrated" . . . can even make "exercising easier".


But . . . . did you know . . . the body "WON"T" lose "FAT" until it loses its "extra" water weight first???


Well it's true . . .


So let's better understand . . .


The average adult body is made up of about 60% "water".


And in that 60% . . . if you break it down even more . . .


Our brain and heart are made up of 73% water, the lungs are about 83%, our skin 64%, muscles and kidneys 79% and our bones 31% water.


So you can clearly see . . . we need to have "AMPLE WATER" in our body for optimal health . . .


But . . . it's the "extra" water that's unhealthy and makes us feel uncomfortable.


So how much "water weight" can we lose???


Well . . . that depends on a few factors . . . like your body size and composition.


For example . . . an obese person could lose 10 pounds of "water weight" in just 2 days . . . whereas, a thin person may only lose 1 pound in that same 2 days.


Even "peeing" helps to lose "water weight" . . . the average 24 hour "urine loss" is about 1.8 to 4.4 pounds


So moral to this story . . . we "must" lose our "extra water weight" BEFORE the body will start to lose its "fat" weight.


SO DRINK MORE WATER PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!


And why does this work???


Well . . . drinking "more" water actually helps to "flush out" the "extra" water weight in our "CELLS".


And another element to this factor would be . . .


"Increasing" the amount of "protein" we consume everyday. This helps to keep the body functioning properly.


And with that . . . we must also "decrease" our sodium intake, our "complex" carbohydrate intake and our "bad" simple carbohydrates like sugar, pasta and breads.


And "focus" on eating whole, non-processed foods to accomplish our mission of losing our "extra water weight" and pounds.
