How does our "nose" affect our "brain?

So yesterday I told you about an article I read that said . . . "PICKING OUR NOSE . . . MAY BE LINKED TO ALZHEIMER'S"

And that this study was only done on "mice" . . .

But . . . in doing my own research . . . there does seem to be a connection between the "bacteria" in our "nose" and the "brain" . . .

So let's better understand . . .

Believe it or not . . . the "nose" . . . IS . . . a "window" to the "brain" . . . and can provide a "direct" path for "harmful" substances from the environment to reach the "brain".

And the "brain's" olfactory nerve is sitting there . . . just sampling all the air we breathe.

You see . . . the "olfactory bulb" is underneath the front of the "brain" . . . just above the "nasal cavity". And the job of the "olfactory bulb" is to interpret what we "smell" and send that message to other parts of the "brain"

But . . . in doing what comes natural to the "nose" and the "brain" . . . it also puts our "brain" and "us" . . . at risk for "viral" and "bacterial" INVASION.

So does "picking" our nose "directly" cause "dementia" or "Alzheimer's"???

Well . . . the "direct act" . . . NO

BUT . . . the "indirect act" . . . meaning the viruses and bacteria that are on our fingers that we are "now" putting "into" our nose by "picking" it . . .

OR . . . even the damage caused by pulling our nose hairs out for trend or beauty . . .

Can definitely . . . cause viruses and bacteria to enter the body and therefore the brain.

And this is all due to "BREAKING" our "BARRIER" of "PROTECTION" in the wall lining of the "nose".

BUT . . . for me . . . the JURY'S STILL OUT ON IT CAUSING "ALZHEIMER'S"

I need more information on that one . . .

So tomorrow . . . let's figure out what's really going on

As always, feel free to DM or contact me at: miraclemeadows.net/contact/
