How many "calorie" do we "burn" doing "NOTHING"?

So the other day . . . we spoke about how many calories a body "should" burn on an average day.
Well . . . today let's figure out just how many we "really" burn. . .
Now . . . did you know . . . we actually "burn" calories without even "thinking" about it???
You see . . . the brain uses about 20% of the body's energy every day.
And the simple task of "thinking" . . . burns about 320 calories each day. And the "more" active the brain is in "thinking" . . . the more calories we burn.
Now . . . what about if you're a "fidgetier" . . . which is movement like jiggling your leg, tapping your foot or twirling a pen???
Well . . . this action in itself only burns a few calories . . .
But . . . add all those "little" calories up during the day . . . and you could burn 350 calories for a "non-exercise" day.
We even burn calories when we "sleep".
The average 150 pound person burns about 50 calories an hour when in a deep sleep. So if you sleep 8 hours . . . then you've just brunt about 400 calories.
So how else do we burn calories on an average day???
Well . . .
