How to help "prevent" Prostate Cancer

Okay . . . so, now that we know "WHY" we get "prostate cancer" . . .

How can we prevent getting it . . . and/or "prevent" a reoccurrence???

Well . . . conventional medicine says . . . by taking a "blocker" called 5-alpha reductase inhibitor . . . this can "stall" the growth of the prostate and eventually cause it to "shrink".

Which isn't a "cure" mind you . . . just a band-aide so to speak . . . to manage the symptoms of an "enlarged" prostate.

So, let's talk prevention . . .

How do we "stop" an "enlarged" prostate from turning into something more serious???

Well . . . one of the biggest factors is . . . how much "coffee" we drink.

You see . . . if you have BPH (an enlarge prostate) or prostatitis . . . you need to cut back on caffeine, soda, energy drinks, fried foods, beer and eggs . . . and drink more WATER!!!

Keeping "hydrated" is essential to "flushing" out toxins and reducing the "swollen" cells.

But . . . most people try to drink "LESS" water . . . so they can "REDUCE" urination.

This is so very "wrong" PEOPLE!!!!

Now . . . drinking green teas or hibiscus tea are also "excellent" for prostate health.

They contain potent "antioxidants" . . . and can help "prevent" prostate cancer from forming . . . and may also "slow" the growth of "aggressive" prostate cancer.

Now . . . the extract from the "Saw palmetto" fruit . . . is also used mainly for urinary symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate gland.

And the reason it works so well . . . is that it "SLOWS DOWN" . . . the production of the "HORMONE DHT".

And as an added bonus . . . taking "saw palmetto" due to lowering the DHT production . . . "NOT" only helps the "prostate" . . . it also helps reduce "pattern baldness in men.

So, drinking more water . . . drinking green tea and/or hibiscus tea . . . and taking a Saw palmetto supplement . . . can help to "prevent" and/or stop a reoccurrence of a "prostate issue".

And tomorrow . . . I'll tell you one more important factor.

BUT . . . as always, please consult your own healthcare provider before taking any new herbs or supplement.
