How to keep our bosoms' from declining


Okay . . . so today we concentrate on the ladies . . . sorry guys, click to another post please :)


So the question we're all asking is this . . . how do we stop our boobs from traveling south when we lose weight and/or age???


Well . . . as we know . . . our breasts grow in response to the hormones "estrogen" and "progesterone".


And as we enter puberty . . . levels of these hormones increase . . . and with this . . . breast tissue begins to grow under the stimulation of these hormones.


But as we mature . . . these hormone levels change like with menstrual cycle, pregnancy, breastfeeding and menopause.


Okay . . . with that being said . . . what the heck happens to us to make us lose our "perkiness"???


Well . . . simply said . . . as we age . . . we have a natural decline of "estrogen" . . . and this causes the skin and connective tissue of the breast to become less "hydrated".


Which means . . . "less elasticity" and "less perkiness"!


Now . . . the more "elasticity" that's "lost" . . . the more the breasts lose their firmness and fullness . . . and at this point can develop a stretched and looser appearance.


We spoke about this in a previous Health tip about how there's a connection between losing "weight" and losing" breast fullness.


So how do we fix this problem of "saggy" boobs as we age gracefully???
