How to keep our bosoms' from declining

Okay . . . so today we concentrate on the ladies . . . sorry guys, click to another post please :)
So the question we're all asking is this . . . how do we stop our boobs from traveling south when we lose weight and/or age???
Well . . . as we know . . . our breasts grow in response to the hormones "estrogen" and "progesterone".
And as we enter puberty . . . levels of these hormones increase . . . and with this . . . breast tissue begins to grow under the stimulation of these hormones.
But as we mature . . . these hormone levels change like with menstrual cycle, pregnancy, breastfeeding and menopause.
Okay . . . with that being said . . . what the heck happens to us to make us lose our "perkiness"???
Well . . . simply said . . . as we age . . . we have a natural decline of "estrogen" . . . and this causes the skin and connective tissue of the breast to become less "hydrated".
Which means . . . "less elasticity" and "less perkiness"!
Now . . . the more "elasticity" that's "lost" . . . the more the breasts lose their firmness and fullness . . . and at this point can develop a stretched and looser appearance.
We spoke about this in a previous Health tip about how there's a connection between losing "weight" and losing" breast fullness.
So how do we fix this problem of "saggy" boobs as we age gracefully???
Or . . . the loss of breast fullness when we lose weight???
Well, guess what ladies . . .
Believe it or not . . . there's a natural way to help reverse this process.
There's a compound called "phytoestrogen" that's plant-based and mimics "estrogen" in the body. And they've been found to be beneficial in combatting symptoms and conditions caused by "estrogen" deficiency.
Now . . . these compounds are not as strong as human "estrogen" but they are helpful to premenopausal and post-menopausal women.
And "phytoestrogens" may also play a role in fighting cancer.
Now . . . you can find this compound in a wide variety of foods, herbs and spices . . . with some containing more than others . . . such as garlic, parsley, mung bean, beans, carrots pomegranate, cherries, apples and alfalfa.
But . . . guess what the best way is to make those babies a little more "perky"???
Well . . . that would be . . . eating a lot of "green" vegetables . . .
You see . . . green veggies contain this compound and they can stimulate the growth of breast tissue. And cabbage, broccoli and spinach can help to tone and shape the breast, enhancing their overall look.
So momma always said . . . eat your greens!
And yet . . . just another reason we need to eat healthy . . . so up your intake of greens ladies and give the "girls" a lift.
Tomorrow we talk about "nutrient timing"
