How to keep our "Lymphatic System" healthy

So today . . . let's figure out how to keep our "lymphatic system" healthy.
But first . . . let's better understand "HOW" this system works . . . then learning how to "clean it" will make more sense.
So the "lymphatic system" is a "free-flowing" system . . . that needs NO pumping to accomplish its mission.
But what it "does" need to work . . . is "G-force" , , , which is "forced gravity".
Now . . . years ago in generations past . . . the Isaac Newton kind of "gravity" was enough to keep this delicate system "flushing" and "flowing" . . . because we were more active . . .
BUT . . . in today's crazy world . . . the pattern most people seem to have adapted to is this . . .
We get up in the morning . . . sit and have breakfast, then sit in a car to get to work . . .
Then sit behind a desk for the day . . . then sit in our car again to get back home . . . sit for dinner, sit to watch TV or go on the computer . . . and finally go to bed.
Enough said!!!
We don't do enough movement of a "gravity pull" anymore . . . even if you go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week . . . it's NOT ENOUGH OR THE RIGHT KIND OF EXERCISE to keep this system completely "flowing" in its "full" cycle.
And add to that . . . we "don't" drink enough water . . . we "don't" eat healthy foods rich in "alkalizing" properties . . . we "don't" eat enough "compliant" vegetables . . . we "don't" eat heart healthy by consuming enough omega 3s . . . and we "don't" exercise enough with "compliant" G-force movement.
And the sad part is . . . the "lymphatic system" ONLY takes "2"minutes of proper "G-force" movement to completely flush this system . . .
Are you understanding what I'm trying to tell???
If we as a society . . . were flushing our "lymphatic system" correctly . . . we wouldn't be in the health situation we're in today.
Okay . . . so let's understand even "more" . . .
"Lymph" fluid in the "lymphatic system" . . . ONLY flows up hill by itself.
It starts at the finger and toes and flows to the heart. And the ONLY way to complete its motion of flowing back down to the fingers and toes . . . is by "FORCED GRAVITY MOVEMENT".
And the reason it's so hard for people to accomplish their mission of losing weight or healing from a disease or illness . . . OR why we even get sick in the first place . . . is due to the body NOT being able to "flush" out "toxins" or "fat".
Think about what I've told you about "ETHANOL" collecting in the body . . . ultimately destroying our health . . .
Well . . . when this so very important system is "clogged" or "stagnant" and "lymph" fluid can't complete its mission back to the fingers and toes . . . the body's pH level becomes "imbalanced" . . . and with this . . . the body becomes too "acidic" . . . which causes more "inflammation" . . . which sets the body up for disease to enter and weight gain to pledge us.
And tomorrow, we'll talk about fixing this problem of a "stagnant" lymphatic system.
