Is there a connection between skin rashes and our gut?

Do you know what the "Skin - Gut" Axis is???

Well . . . if you have "any" kind of unexplained skin irritation . . . like acne, psoriasis, eczema, etc. . . . your gut is most likely the cause.

And this "skin - gut" axis can cause both systemic and/or local inflammation.

We've all experienced pimples, rashes or other skin issues at some point in our lives. And the connection between the skin and gut are meditated by the immune system.

You see . . . the interaction of the microorganisms (our good bacteria) and the immune system are important to maintain the skin's homeostasis (health).

So what does that mean???

Well . . . the brain plays a major role in this axis as well. So it's actually the "brain-gut-skin" axis.

You see . . . the brain facilitates anxiety and stress, which leads to intestinal permeability and dysbiosis in the gut. And this in turn . . . leads to inflammation that contributes to skin inflammation.

And through complex immune mechanisms . . . the gut flora (good bacteria) influences our organs including the skin.

Did you know the skin is the largest organ of the body???

Well . . . if we don't have ample "good" bacteria in our intestines . . . we have a toxic build up in the body. And with this . . . our digestive system becomes compromised and we can't eliminate these toxins. A poorly functioning gut can even re-absorb these toxins, which then shows up in our skin.

And BOOM . . . we know have pimples, acne, psoriasis, hives, the list go on and on.

Did you ever wonder why we get pimples in our 50s, 60, 70s???

Well . . . it's not a second puberty . . . it's actually a faulty "gut".

So step up your "pre" and "pro"biotics intake to heal this lack of "good" bacteria in the intestines . . . and give your skin a break from a toxic overload.

NOW . . . the body must had 3 different forms of "pre" and "pro"biotics" to accomplish this mission. And here are links to make sure you're getting what the body needs and "compliant" brands because not all "probiotics" are created equal. Many contain fillers like microcrystalline cellulose - which is wood pulp (how is that right), maltodextrin - that spikes blood sugar levels, mannitol - a sugar alcohol which is defeating the purpose because sugar feeds the "bad" bacteria that causes health issues in the first place and/or silicon dioxide - a known carcinogen to humans. So please . . . buyer beware.

So here are my "compliant brands" - just click the link and buy yours today.

"Pre"biotic - https://amzn.to/3owQl56

"Spore-forming "Pro"biotic - https://amzn.to/2QuhxEK

"11 Strain" "Pro"biotic - https://amzn.to/343rMTz

Now . . . the "Pre"biotic the body needs when you eat a meal . . . meaning breakfast because "PRE" is the food for "PRO"biotics. They need to eat too . . . BUT the right food.

And "Spore-forming" and "11 Strain" are "Pro"biotic that need to be taken between meals . . . why???

Well . . . for them to work correctly and the body to get the full benefit from them . . . they can't compete with other food the body is digesting.

So these are to be taken on an empty stomach with an 8 ounce glass of water.

So the question for today is this . . . when do you take yours probiotics and do they contain questionable filler, sugars and/or carcinogens???????????
