"L-arginine", how is it destroying our health and weight?


Okay . . . so this is a listen up kind of day people . . . today we're going to talk about a very important part to weight loss and optimal health.


There's an "amino acid" called "L-arginine" or "Arginine", that is very important to the functioning of the human body.


As we know from previous Health tips . . . amino acids are the building blocks of protein. And "arginine" is an organic protein compound that the body "makes naturally".


Now . . . the body normally makes all the "arginine" it needs for optimal health and weight loss . . . but we also find this amino acid in many of the foods we eat on a daily basis.
