"L" - is for "Lymphatic Drain"

So today, let's continue our talk about "weight loss" and the "lymphatic system".

Now . . . we left off yesterday with my favorite way to get my body eliminating "fat waste" and toxins.

And we also spoke about how the "lymphatic system" can "eliminate" those toxins in just . . . 2 minutes of "rebounding"!!!

Whoohoo . . .

But . . "if" rebounding on a mini-trampoline . . . isn't your cup of tea . . . there are other ways to accomplish this mission of getting our "lymph" moving again.

Another would be . . . "dry brushing"

Now . . . "lymph" naturally flows up from your fingers and toes to the heart area. And "FORCED gravity" pulls it back down. That's the "rebounding" part that we spoke of yesterday.

But with a specialized "dry brush" . . . brushing the lymph "in" the direction it flows . . . will stimulate and help to unclog it.

So not only does "dry brushing" improve the appearance of the skin by sloughing away deed cells which helps new skin to regenerate . . . it also stimulates blood circulation, the "lymphatic system" and greatly enhances toxin and fat waste "elimination".

Okay . . . so now you ask . . . how exactly does this work???

Well . . . "dry brushing" helps the body release toxins and fat waste through "sweat".

The "course bristles" on this brush "stimulate" our pores and open them up.

This makes it easier for the body to "sweat" . . . which in turn . . . "reduces" the amount of "toxins" flowing through the "lymphatic system".

Now . . . "dry brushing" you only want to do once or twice per week . . .

Whereas "rebounding" . . . you want to do "everyday".

Now . . . so one more thing I'd like to talk about . . . is the connection between the "lymphatic system" and "CELLULITE".

As we all know . . . "cellulite" is a condition that causes the skin to take a lumpy, dimpled appearance . . . and we all hate it!!!

So what's it all about???

Well . . . as we know . . . in the "lymphatic system" . . . we have "lymph nodes" and "their" job is to "collect" waste and toxins from the body to be eliminated.

And when these "lymph nodes" are filled with waste . . . and "can't" function properly (meaning a sluggish, clogged and stagnant lymphatic system) . . . "cellulite" forms.

And with this . . . all the toxins and unwanted materials that "should be" flushed out from the body . . . get stuck and pile up instead . . . leaving us with an accumulation in the tissues and cells.

So moral to this story . . . get the "lymphatic system" FLUSHING correctly . . . and say "GOOD-BYE TO CELLULITE"!!!

Tomorrow we move on to the letter "O" in my formula of "LOVE"!
