"Lectins" and our "HORMONES"

So today . . . let's talk about how "lectins", "leaky gut" and "digestive issues" . . . can affect "HORMONE IMBALANCE" and our "weight loss" efforts
So, let's break it down to better understand . . .
First up . . . the "hormone" called . . . "INSULIN" . . .
Now . . . this "hormone" is produced by the "pancreas" . . . and "insulin resistance" is "triggered" by the over consumption of "lectin" containing foods.
A good example would be . . . "WHEAT" . . . this grain wreaks havoc on the body's "FAT" cells by "binding to the body's "Insulin"
And once this happens . . . "LECTINS" signal our "FAT CELLS" to "STOP BURNING FAT" . . . and . . . "STORE EXTRA CALORIES AS FAT"
So with this "hormone" . . . "eliminating" high "lectin" foods . . . will help correct "type 2 diabetes" and our weigh loss efforts.
Next up . . . the "hormone" called . . . "LEPTIN" . . .
This "hormone" is made by our "fat cells" . . . and is called the "hunger hormone" that "DECREASES" our appetite
It's the "nighttime" hormone (fasting) , , , that signals the body that we're "full" so we can get a good night's sleep
BUT . . . when "LECTINS" interfere . . . this leads to "obesity" . . . why you ask???
