So today, let's continue on "how to live without a "gallbladder".
Now . . . as I stated yesterday . . .
With a NORMAL "gallbladder" removal . . . the "body" can lead a "perfectly" normal life "without" this organ . . . due to the "liver" still making enough "bile" to digest the food we eat . .
But . . . the difference is this . . .
"Instead" of the "bile" being "stored" in the "gallbladder" waiting to do its job . . . this bile now "drips" continuously into the small intestine, which is part of our "digestive system"
Okay . . . so why could our "gallbladder" be in distress in the first place???
Well . . . the most common reasons are . . . an "infection", "inflammation", gallstones or polyps . . . .
Which are "ALL" caused by the "bad" bacteria I'm always telling you about . . . that lurks deep within us due to this Western diet.
And when this happens . . . way too often . . . conventional medicine just removes the "gallbladder" INSTEAD of correcting the "infection" and its "inflammation"
Okay . . . so what are some of the long-term effects of a "gallbladder" removal???
Well . . . nothing that is life threatening . . . but it can cause diarrhea, flatulence, constipation, upset stomach and/or pain in the abdominal area, heartburn . . . and burning in the chest and/or throat with a sour taste in the mouth caused by bile "reflux" . . .
"If" . . . we "don't CORRECT the "infection" from this "bad" bacteria that started this ball rolling in the first place.
So what are some other big offenders of "discomfort" if living without a "gallbladder"???
Well . . . that would be . . . "CAFFEINE" . . .
You see . . . "caffeine" from things like tea, coffee or soft drinks can "increase" gas, abdominal pain and bloating . . . why you ask???
Well . . . they "increase" stomach acid production, which can make your stomach "empty out" faster than "normal".
And without the concentrated "bile" that "should" be waiting in the "gallbladder" to help break down the food and drink we put in our stomach . . . we now feel discomfort.
So what else should we be aware of???
Well . . . that would be . . .
Eating high fat beef, sausage, fried foods, chips, chocolate, full-fat milk, yogurt, creams, cheese, skin on poultry, peanuts . . . and guess what???
"Canola oil" . . . and unfortunately . . . "canola oil" is in just about everything that we eat today.
And if you are a restaurant eater . . . and can't tolerate their food . . . even if you pick something that's on the OKAY list to eat . . .
I guarantee you . . . they cooked it in "Canola oil" because its so cheap to use.
BUT . . . it's an "INFLAMMATORY" oil . . . which puts our body in distress mode . . . and without a "gallbladder" to help us digest it . . . this "Canola oil" now becomes the enemy of the body.
Okay . . . so how do we fix this problem???
Well . . . consuming "soluble fiber" which is found in oats, barley and many fruits are very important at this time. Why you ask???
Well . . . these elements help our body digest our food.
You see . . . due to "not" having a "gallbladder" to HOLD enough "bile" to digest our food . . . we now need "extra" digestive enzymes to help digest correctly
Okay people . . . SO LISTEN UP . . . "not" having a "gallbladder" . . . doesn't been you "DON'T" have enough "bile" produced by the "liver" to digest your food . . . (mainly fats)
It just means . . . that "bile" is being "SPREAD OUT" and "NOT CONCENTRATED" . . .
Therefore . . . it APPEARS that we don't have enough "bile" to digest our food.
So tomorrow, we'll continue to discover the possibilities of "normal" digestion.
