Losing weight and "YO-YO" Dieting


So today . . . let's talk about a few more "elements" to "losing weight"


Now . . . as we know . . . to find the most accurate measurement of weight . . . we would need to weigh ourselves on a scale . . . first thing in the morning . . . after the first pee of the day of course!


And this accuracy . . . would be due to the body having had adequate time to digest and process the food from the day before.


Now . . . remember from last week . . . when we were talking about keeping the body "flushing" to remove "toxins" . . . well . . . "weight" is the same thing.


You see . . . "IF" . . . the body is "unable" to get rid of fluid, toxins and waste . . . all the "dieting" in the world . . . will NOT . . . accomplish your mission of a healthier "YOU".


And yes . . . we could "starve" ourselves to lose some weight . . . but we can't sustain that lifestyle . . . and with this . . . we will just put that weight or even more . . . back on.


So what is "yo-yo" dieting???


Well . . . let's use person "X" as an example . . .


At the beginning . . . when person "X" gains weight due to consuming too many calories . . .


Eating "NUTRITIONALLY VOID" foods or "EMPTY CALORIE" foods . . .


And NOT "burning off" those extra calories . . .


Person "X" will now "gain" a layer of fat from the bottom of the body . . . up to their face.


This is how the body was designed to function


Okay . . . so now person "X" . . . is upset with how they look and feel . . . so they decide to cut some calories or exercise to lose that layer of fat.


Good for them :)


BUT. . . when person "X" goes to lose that extra layer of fat . . .


UNFORTUNATELY . . . this process "starts" from the face and works its way down the body. Remember what we spoke of yesterday??


Okay . . . so now is when person "X" says . . . "HELL NO" . . . I wanted to lose in my midriff, hips and thighs . . . and all I lost is my "BOOBS"


And with this . . . 9 out of 10 times . . . person "X" will become discouraged and go back to their old eating and lifestyle habits . . . only to gain the weight "back" on.


BUT . . . guess what???


When person "X" starts gaining weight again . . . it "DOESN'T START" where the body left off losing . . .


That's right!!!!


It starts at the bottom of the body "AGAIN" . . . leaving us with 2 layers of "fat" on the lower half of the body and 1 layer where person "X" had tried to diet and lost some weight the first time.


And this is just another reason we become "pair shaped" or shaped like a "ball".


This is a yo-yo diet and the body never has the change to correct itself because person "X" is "ALWAYS" playing with an extra 10, 20 or more pounds.
