"My" protocol for "removing" TOXINS from my body!


Okay people . . . so this is what "I'M" doing to eradicate the "toxins" from "my" body . . .


As you remember from last week . . . I spoke about this "elimination" process having "3 phases"


So to accomplish "my" mission . . . I had to do "ALL" 3.


And what "organ" is in charge of this process???


Well . . . that would be the "LIVER"!


So let's better understand . . .


The "liver" . . . represents the body's "primary filtration system" . . . which "converts" toxins into "waste products.


The "liver" . . . also cleanses the blood . . . and metabolizes nutrients and medications to provide the body with some of its most important "proteins".


So you can clearly see . . . just how "important" a "healthy" liver is . . .


Now . . . after the "liver" has done its job . . . and broken down these "toxins" to a by-product form . . . these "by-products" are excreted either into the body's "bile" which enters the "intestine" . . . and then is eliminated in "POOP" . . .


Or excreted into our "blood" . . . which then is "filtered" out by the "kidneys" . . . and eliminated via our "urine".


Okay . . . so I guess we can all agree . . . if our "liver" isn't functioning properly . . . the body is "INCAPABLE" of "eradicating" TOXINS from it!


So what did I do to help my "liver" in "phase 1 &2"???


Well . . . first and foremost . . . I made sure I was drinking plenty of "water" . . . and eating "liver" friendly foods like . . .


Asparagus

Blueberries

Broccoli

Brussel sprouts

Cabbage - especially red

Garlic

Ginger

Kale

Onions - red

Parsley

Spinach

Turmeric

And Zucchini


And why are these particular foods so important for "toxic elimination"???


Well . . . they're "LOADED" with . . . Vitamins B2, B3, B6, B12, Folic acid and Flavonoids . . . which "all" help the "liver" to stay healthy and "function properly" in "phase 1"
