Nature's Miracle for the "Pancreas"

So in talking about the connection with weight loss and the "pancreas" and "diabetes" . . .

I thought today we'd walk about an old ancient alternative medicine remedy.

Have you ever heard of "Bitter Melon" before???

It's used a lot in "Asian cuisine".

Well . . . "bitter melon" is a tropical vine that belongs to the "Gourd" family and is closely related to zucchini, squash, pumpkins and cucumbers.

This fruit is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, folate, potassium, zinc, iron and fiber.

And "Bitter melon" contains certain compounds with cancer-fighting properties and has been effective at killing cancer cells of the stomach, colon, lungs and nasopharynx.

It's also been known to block the growth and spread of breast cancer cells while promoting cancer cell death.

And as we know from previous Health tips. . . high levels of cholesterol can cause fatty plaque to build up in the arteries, forcing the heart to work harder to pump blood and increasing the risk of heart disease . . . well . . . studies have found that "bitter melon" my decrease cholesterol levels to support overall heart health.

"Bitter melon" improves the way "sugar" is used in the body's tissues and promotes the secretion of "insulin", which as we know is the hormone responsible for regulating blood sugar levels.

You see . . . "bitter melon" acts like the hormone "insulin" which helps bring glucose (sugar) into the cells for energy. And with this . . . "bitter melon" can help cells use "glucose" more efficiently and move it to the liver, muscles and fat.

"Bitter melon" has components that are "anti-diabetic" properties.

And it's also an antioxidant, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, anti-HIV anthelmintic, hypotensive, anti-obesity, immuno-modulatory, antihyperlipidemic, hepato-protective and neuro-protective.

And if we're still talking about "losing weight" . . . it's low in calories, but high in fiber . . .

So why is this good???

Well . . . fiber passes through the digestive tract very slowly, helping to keep you full for longer and therefore . . . reduces hunger and appetite.

It's also been noted for its "fat burning" especially "belly fat".

So if you're in need of a compliant "bitter melon" supplement . . . click your to orders yours today.

Tomorrow we'll talk about another reason for weight issues and then in the next few days I'll tell you my "personal meal plan" for correcting the body's "internal dialogue" and "LOSING WEIGHT"
