Neutralizing "Acidity"

So how do we get our "acidity" back to normal at a "neutral 7"???
Well . . . first we need to know what our "acidity" level is . . .
And to do that . . . we'd need to test ourselves first thing every morning.
Now . . . you can purchase "urine/saliva" test strips at your locate health food store or pharmacy.
And all you have to do is this . . . put a test strip end in your urine stream of the first pee of the day . . . get the end wet, remove and wait for it to change color. It only takes a few seconds. Then check it against the pH scale that came with the strips.
If the strip is "yellow". . . you're too "acidic" . . . if the strip is "bluish" . . . you're too "alkaline"
And if the strip is "green" . . . you are a "healthy" neutral. Good for you and be proud!
So what foods will help to "alkalize" the body's pH level so we are a "neutral 7" or close to it on the "pH scale"???
Well . . . that would be . . .
Swiss chard, dandelion greens, spinach, kale, almonds, avocados, cucumbers, beets, kiwi, pineapple, persimmons, watermelon, grapefruit and apples.
Now . . . a key element to staying "neutral 7" is focusing on consuming enough "potassium" in the diet with fruits like bananas . . .
But the key to this is . . . eat a banana a little on the "unripe" side. It have less starch and sugar.
And foods to "avoid" would be . . .
