OMEGA-3 . . . our saving grace!


So the past few days, we've been talking about Omega-6 fatty acids . . .


And their benefit to the body . . . "IF" . . . consumed in the right "RATIO" to "Omega-3 fats.


So today . . . let's continue and talk about Omega-3s


Now . . . as a said the other day . . . these Omega's are "essential to life" and optimal health.


BUT . . . the body "doesn't" manufacture them . . .


So we "MUST" get them from the food we eat . . . or in supplement form!


Okay . . . so what are the benefits of supplying the body with "Omega-3 fats"???


Well . . . they actually "bind" to receptors in cells that "regulate" genetic functions.


And with this . . . they have the ability to help "prevent" heart disease and stroke.


They can also help control lupus, eczema, rheumatoid arthritis and "protect" us from cancer.


Omega-3 fats contribute to brain and eye development . . . and can fight "inflammation . . .


They can "significantly" reduce blood "triglyceride" levels . . . and can slow the "buildup" of plaque in the body . . . which we all know can harden and block the body's arteries.


Omega-3 fats can even "improve" certain symptoms . . . like "BRAIN FOG" and the memory loss that goes with that.


They can "provide" calories to give the body "energy" . . . while "improving" functions of the heart, blood vessels, lungs, immune system and endocrine system . . . remember that's the system that's responsible for our "HORMONES".


Omega-3 fats have the ability to "reduce" ANXIETY . . . and "relieve" joint pain due to its "anti-inflammatory" properties.


And if consuming "Omega-3 fats" before bed . . . this can "improve" the body's sleep quality and quantity . . . helping the body fall asleep more quickly and therefore . . . "improve" our daytime performance


It can help with many "eye diseases" such as the development of macular degeneration and glaucoma . . . and even treat dry eye syndrome


And guess what???


Omega-3 fatty acids are even recommended for people who want to "lose weight" . . .
