"Oxygen" Rich Foods - continued

So, today . . . let's finish up with the letter "O" in my formula of "LOVE" for optimal health.


Now . . . foods to consume for "increasing" oxygen levels in the body should "contain" . . .


Vitamin A

Vitamin B complex

Iron

Copper

And compound nitric oxide


And what would those foods be you ask???


Well . . . they would be . . .


Beet root

Green leafy veggies

Pomegranate

Garlic

Cabbage

Cauliflower

Sprouts

Lean meats

Compliant nuts

Compliant seeds

Grapes

Avocadoes

Lemons

Kiwi

Berries

Spinach

Carrots

Beans

Turmeric


And what about supplementing with vitamins???


Well . . . vitamins that help with oxygen levels would be . . .


B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, biotin, folic acid and pantothenic acid . . . these all help make energy and red blood cells that carry oxygen to different parts of the body.


And B12 and folic acid . . . in particular . . . help in the complete assimilation of "iron" into the blood . . . which in turn . . . "increases" the body's "oxygen-carrying" capacity.


Other supplements that can improve in oxygen perfusion are . . .


CoQ10, Ginkgo biloba, beetroot juice, omega 3 fatty acids and branched-chain amino acids like leucine, valine and isoleucine.


And finally . . . vitamin D


You see . . . vitamin D is an essential part of a healthy diet . . . that's responsible for immune and bone health . . . cancer prevention and "improved oxygen levels".


So, why is "ample" oxygen in the body a "MUST"???


Well . . . as I've stated many times before . . .


Bad bacteria, fungus, obesity, diabetes, depression, mental illness, heart disease, inflammation, infections, viruses, . . . and "YES" . . . even "CANCER" . . .


Can . . . "ONLY LIVE" in an "OXYGEN DERIVED" environment . . .


So . . .


Step #1 . . . "L" . . . is to get the body "prepared" to eliminate toxins through the 'lymphatic system"


Step #2 . . . "O" . . . fill the body with "oxygen rich foods" to made an environment that toxins "can not" live in
