"Pancreatitis" - getting some "Relief"

Okay . . . so yesterday we spoke about some of the reasons we can have "pancreas" issues and difficulty digesting food. And how long-term . . . this can turn into "pancreatitis" or even "pancreatic cancer".

So today . . . let's dig a little deeper and see if we can find some relief . . .

Because many of us . . . just have a "pancreas" that's tired and needs a "break" from trying to digest this difficult Western diet we love so much.

Okay . . . so what's the difference between "acute" pancreatitis and "chronic" pancreatitis???

Well . . . that would be . . . "acute" is a sudden and short bout of "inflammation". And "chronic" is ongoing "inflammation".

And with this . . . "acute" can lead to "chronic" pancreatitis . . . which is a painful disease of the "pancreas" in which "inflammation" is "resolved" . . . but with resultant damage to the gland . . .

So if a "bad" bacteria overgrowth is the cause of "pancreas" issues . . . as it seems to be with every other health issue also . . . removing this "overgrowth" with ample "good" bacteria and "digestive enzymes" to help the "pancreas" do its job . . . will "relieve" some of our distress of a difficult time "digesting" our food and pain in the stomach.

And with that . . . adding into the diet the spice called "cardamom" will definitely help.

You see . . . "cardamom" is known as the "Queen of Spices" . . . why you ask???

Well . . . this is due to it being an antimicrobial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.

And it's known for preventing vomiting and nausea . . . and helping to manage "indigestion", flatulence and stomach pain.

Now . . . as we know . . . pancreatic juices contain "digestive enzymes" that help to breakdown the carbohydrates, proteins and fats we consume . . .

And the "pancreas" makes these "juices" . . .

Well . . . "cardamom" is one of the best ingredients to add to the diet . . . because it has the ability to "improve" those "pancreatic juices".

But as always, please consult your own healthcare provider before taking any new spices.

And tomorrow we'll continue to discover what else "cardamom" can do for optimal health.
