"Potassium" rich foods

Okay . . . so yesterday we spoke about "potassium" a little bit . . .
And today, we'll continue that conversation.
Now . . . yesterday I said that "potassium" is a mineral that the body's cells, nerves and muscles need to function properly.
And it helps to "regulate" blood pressure by removing extra "sodium" from the body via urine . . . it helps the walls of blood vessels to relax and loosen up, which can aid in "reducing" high blood pressure . . . and it helps to regulate heart rhythm, digestion and the water content in cells.
We also spoke about the CDC saying fewer than 2% of U.S. adults meet the daily requirement for "potassium" intake.
And that 98% of Americans . . . eat a "potassium deficient" diet . . . because we don't eat enough "PLANTS"!
And by getting 1600mg per day "more" in a potassium "intake" . . . this simple act would lower the risk of "STROKE" by 21%.
So come on people . . . it's time to listen up . . . preventing disease and illness is "doable" . . .
Okay . . . so here's another guess what moment . . .
Did you know that drinking that "caffeinated coffee" we love so much and feel we can't start our day without . . . "reduces" the absorption of "potassium" in the body.
And with that . . . tobacco, alcohol, drug addiction and "crash dieters" also "reduce" the absorption of "potassium".
So the question for today is this . . . is the reason we are so depleted of "potassium" due to our love of "COFFEE"??? . . . or is it . . . we just aren't eating "potassium valued food???
