"PRE" biotics . . . what do we "need" to know?


So, today . . . let's break it down people . . . because "this" is your lifeline to "defending" the body from "invaders".


Now . . . "step #3" . . . the letter "V" of my "formula" to "optimal health". . . is all about . . .


"VERY SMALL MICROORGANISMS" . . . called . . . "PRE" and "PRO" biotics.


So, let's start with "PRE" biotics . . .


Now . . . "PRE" biotics are the "FOOD" that "FEEDS" . . . "PRO" biotics . . .


And they're actually "carbs" . . . that the body . . . "CAN'T" digest . . .


And with this . . . they go "directly" to the "large intestine" . . . and "SKIP" the digestion process in the "small intestine" . . .


Now . . . because they go "directly" to the "large intestine" . . . where the "largest" amount of our "good" bacteria is . . . they "act" like "FOOD" to help the "good" bacteria that grows and "protects" us!!!


Okay . . . so how do we know if we "need" to add "PRE" biotics to our diet???


Well . . . you would see signs like . . .


Constipation

Diarrhea

Bloating

Gas


And what food would we need to "add" to our diet???


Well . . . that would be foods like . . .


Almonds (raw)

Apples

Artichokes

Asparagus

Bananas

Blueberries

Cabbage

Chicory root coffee

Flax

Garlic

Green vegetables

Kiwi

Legumes

Onions

Sweet potatoes

Tomatoes


So, "adding" "PRE" biotics to the diet is a must to "FEED" our "good" bacteria in the body . . .


And feed the "PRO" biotics we add to the body . . . for "optimal health and weight" . . .


So, tomorrow . . . let's talk about "PRO" biotics
