So to finish this conversation about eliminating the sugar, alcohol and toxins from our body . . .
Today we talk about the final part . . . and that would be "Probiotics"
The reason our body and health are in the mess they are . . . is due to lack of our "good" bacteria.

Now, you can find Kefir milk, kefir cheese and kefir water . . . with "kefir water" being the best because is has the least amount of natural sugar.
Again, BUYER BEWARE . . . many kefirs contain added sugars.
Which as we can see . . .defeats the purpose.
