Question . . .


Did you know . . . when it comes to "eating" and "dieting" . . . there are 2 kinds of people???


The ones that . . . "EATS" to "SURVIVE" . . .


And the ones that . . . "SURVIVES" to "EAT".


So . . . WHO ARE YOU???


Well . . . let me explain . . .


Do you wake in the morning . . . "thinking" about what you're going to "eat" for breakfast . . . or throughout the day???


Do you "eat" breakfast . . . "thinking" about what you're going to eat for dinner . . . or snack on during the day???


Has "food" become an "obsession" . . . and/or . . . an "addiction"???


Well . . . if this is "YOU" . . . then you're a person that . . . "SURVIVES" to "EAT"!


"EATING" has become an uncontrollable "focal point" in your life . . . that now . . . "CONTROLS" your health.


And with this . . . "POOR FOOD CHOICES ARE MADE"


So what about the person that . . . "EATS" to "SURVIVE"???


Well . . . that's the person that's being "true" to the human body's "design"!


Meaning . . . this person "eats" because the body needs nourishment . . . and therefore . . . makes better "food choices".


So . . . what category do "you" fall into???


Well . . . "if" . . . you're a "craver" of food most of the day . . . then the body is trying to tell you something . . .


And that would be . . . the body's "internal dialogue" . . . is out of whack . . . and therefore . . . food choices are most likely "filled" with . . . "nutritionally VOID" . . . "EMPTY calorie" foods.


You see . . . at this point . . . the body thinks its "starving" . . . due to the "LACK" of "nutritional value" presented to the body for "SURVIVAL".


So . . . when it comes to "losing weight" . . . it's not about "will power" . . . or a magic pill . . . it's about the "mechanics" of the human body . . . and "correcting" its . . . "internal dialogue".


It's about paying attention to the body's "ECOSYSTEM"!
